Our 75' X 160'
building
is all metal construction and is built to withstand heavy rains.
Rain gutters and downspouts carry water to an underground drain,
which takes it away from the building. The
building has skylights which provide natural
lighting that can be supplemented by fluorescent lights. Each
dealer has access to 20 amp electricity.
Wood flooring was added to the building in 2009
- 2010. Metal shutters were also installed to keep the
building dry during rain, provide security at night, and ventilation
during the day. Recently, we installed additional 20 amp
receptacles to make access to electricity more convenient.
Ceiling fans were also installed over the restaurant dining area of
the building, to provide customers (and dealers) a more
comfortable place to eat or just take a break.
We are constantly improving the facilities for your comfort and
convenience.
We are looking for a few good
antique dealers
to join an established, juried show in Round Top, Texas
for our Spring & Fall Shows. When combined with all shows in the
Round Top-Warrenton area, this becomes the largest antique show in the
Southwest, and one of the largest in the United States.
